Campari Tiramisu
The perfect campari tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Blood oranges
Campari marinating sauce
- 40 ml Campari
- 40 ml Grand Marnier
- 40 ml Port red
- 40 ml Multivitamin syrup
- 2 tablespoon Orange sugar – recipe in my kb
Tiramisu cream
- 1 packet Quimiq
- 100 ml Vanilla yogurt
- 100 ml Liquid cream
- 3 tablespoon Orange sugar – recipe in my kb
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
- 1 tablespoon Campari
- 1 tablespoon Multi-Vitamin syrup
- 200 ml Whipped cream
Tiramisu structure
- 1 packet Ladyfingers
- 1 packet Ginger jam – recipe in my kb
Decoration on the plate
- 1 packet Chopped pistachios
- 1 packet Orange zest
- 1 packet Orange slices
- Campari reduction
preparation
- Free the oranges from the peel with a sharp knife – nothing should be visible of the white peel any more – then cut the oranges into slices
Campari marinating sauce
- Put all the ingredients for the campari marinating sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil – pull off the fire and put in the orange slices – cover and let stand for at least 30 minutes
Tiramisu cream
- While the quimiq is at room temperature, stir until there are no more lumps – add vanilla yoghurt, liquid cream, orange sugar, campari, grand marnier, multivitamin syrup and stir again until smooth – finally fold in the whipped cream
Structure of the Campari tiramisu
- To dip the spoon biscuits, we put some of the campari marinating sauce in a flat bowl – 1st layer: marinated oranges – 2nd layer of tiramisu cream – then dipped spoon biscuits – then spread a thin layer of ginger jam (or orange jam) over it tiramisu mass etc …
- 5 …… lastly, seal the molds with cling film – press lightly so that the mixture is evenly distributed – at least 4 hours. better to chill overnight
Campaign reduction
- Shortly before serving, the rest of the campari marinating sauce is heated again and reduced until a slightly thick consistency is obtained
serve and decorate
- to take the cakes out of the molds undamaged, I usually put them in the freezer for a short time – unfortunately I forgot this time and had to put the molds in the hot water to get them out ….. therefore they are a bit crushed (grin – a shame ….)
- remove the cling film – take the campari tiramisu out of the molds – put it on the plate with fresh orange slices – decorate the plates with the campari reduction, some pistachios and orange zest
