California Rice Salad
The perfect california rice salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Rice cooked parboiled
- 1 Pc. Orange / orange
- 4 Pc. Fresh kumquats
- 2 disc Pineapple canned food
- 10 Pc. European walnuts
- 10 Pc. Peanuts fresh
- 70 g Sugar
- 5 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Black pepper from the mill
- Chilli powder
- Cut beautiful fillets out of the orange and place in a glass bowl. Squeeze out the rest of the juice with use.
- Wash the kumquats, cut into slices and place in the bowl.
- Cut the pineapple into pieces and place in the bowl.
- Open the nuts, remove the shells, break the walnuts and place them in the bowl.
- Sprinkle on the sugar and mix in the lemon juice.
- Fold in rice (cooked with salt) when cooled.
- Can also be used as a light dinner. Season to taste.
