California Rice Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Rice cooked parboiled
  • 1 Orange
  • 4 Fresh kumquats
  • 2 slice Pineapple canned food
  • 10 European walnuts
  • 10 Peanuts fresh
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • Cut beautiful fillets out of the orange and place in a glass bowl. Squeeze out the rest of the juice with use.
  • Wash the kumquats, cut into slices and place in the bowl.
  • Cut the pineapple into pieces and place in the bowl.
  • Open the nuts, remove the shells, break the walnuts and place them in the bowl.
  • Sprinkle on the sugar and mix in the lemon juice.
  • Fold in rice (cooked with salt) when cooled.
  • Can also be used as a light dinner. Season to taste.
