Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese (grainy)
- 2 eggs
- 60 g cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped or dried)
- salt and pepper
- basil
- 200 g cannelloni
- 100 g grated cheese for topping
- 1 pack of tomatoes (tetra pack)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the cream cheese, eggs, cheese, and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place it in a baking dish. Season the tomatoes from the tetra pack with salt and pepper and pour over the cannelloni. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
