Cannelloni filled with cream cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese (grainy)
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped or dried)
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • 200 g cannelloni
  • 100 g grated cheese for topping
  • 1 pack of tomatoes (tetra pack)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, eggs, cheese, and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place it in a baking dish. Season the tomatoes from the tetra pack with salt and pepper and pour over the cannelloni. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
