Ingredients
 

  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 350 g Minced meat
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Spring onion with the green
  • 1 can Chopped tomatoes
  • 130 g Sbrinz grated
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 roll Pasta dough
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the spring onions into rings. Braise everything in oil. Add the minced meat, season well and fry until crumbly.
  • Put the juice of the tomatoes in a greased ovenproof dish (approx. 2 liters). Add tomatoes and half of the cheese to the minced meat and mix well.
  • Cut the pasta dough into four equal-sized pieces. Put the filling on the pasta pieces and roll up. Place the cannelloni on top of the tomato juice. Mix the rest of the cheese with the crème fraîche and spread on top.
  • Approx. Bake for 20 minutes in the lower half of the oven preheated to 220 ° C.
