Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g sour milk
  • 200 g banana(s)
  • 100 g cantaloupe melon(s)
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Peel the melon and cut into pieces, leaving the seeds aside. Blend the fruit with the sour cream and season to taste. Pour into glasses and serve chilled, if desired.
