Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg pear(s), juicy
  • n. B. eggnog
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

makes about 6 glasses

Peel the juicy pears, remove the cores, and chop them. Mix with the gelling sugar and egg liqueur and let it steep for a while. Then boil gently for 4 minutes and puree. Immediately pour into hot, rinsed jars. This quantity makes about 6 jars.
