Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large melon(s) (cantaloupe), cut into cubes
- 6 figs, fresh, quartered
- 1 bag of arugula
- 1 tbsp oil (walnut)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 125 g blue cheese, SaintAgur (or other) finely crumbled
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
but also tastes good with other types of sugar melon
Place the arugula in a bowl, add the diced melon and quartered figs. Mix the oil and balsamic vinegar to make a dressing, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and finish with the crumbled Saint-Agur.
