Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 oranges
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • Pepper, mixed, freshly ground
  • some apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a fruity, refreshing and spicy salad

Peel the oranges, remove the white pith, and slice them. Then dice the oranges. Dice the cheese as well. Place everything in a bowl, season with freshly ground pepper to taste, drizzle with a few drops of apple cider vinegar, and mix well.
