Grape and feta cheese salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g grapes, seedless red
  • 250 g grapes, seedless, white
  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • Olive oil, good
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • oregano

very simple salad that tastes super delicious

Wash and halve the grapes, then place everything in a bowl. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add it to the grapes. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Add a generous splash of olive oil and gently fold everything in. Let the salad marinate well and serve chilled. It goes well with crusty white bread, baguette, or ciabatta. I could also imagine this salad as a side dish to Greek meatballs. I usually make it for parties and make more accordingly. You can also make the salad with just white or just red grapes.
