Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g butter
- 1 kg quark
- 250 g sour cream
- ⅛ liter milk
- 5 eggs, yolks and egg whites separated
- 250 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry with flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, and butter and press it into a springform pan. Leave a border of about 3 cm free. Gradually mix in the other ingredients in the order listed. Beat the egg whites from the 5 eggs until stiff peaks form and fold the mixture into the mixture. Now pour everything onto the shortcrust pastry. Bake for 75 minutes at 210°C. Let the cake sink with the oven door open. Let it cool in the pan for 1 hour, then remove it from the pan.
