Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • pepper
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 100 g smoked salmon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Buffet and party

Wash the leek, slice it into very fine rings, and cut the salmon into strips. Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate.
