- 200 g Peeled rice
- 100 g Drained green canned peas
- 100 g Sweet corn canned drained
- 70 g Bacon cubes
- 2 Pc. Fresh peppers
- 2 Pc. Fresh onion
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Boil rice. Dice onions and fry with bacon. Then take it out of the pan. Whisk and fry eggs, then cut and remove. Put the rice in the pan and heat it up. Then vegetables and eggs. Then season with the spices.
