Ingredients
- 2 kg Potatoes mostly waxy
- 1 ring Diced meat sausage
- 6 Hard-Boiled eggs cut into strips with an egg cutter
- 5 -10 Pickles diced according to size
- 1 size Diced onion
- 1 glass Salad mayonnaise no light version
- Hot water
- Mustard, salt, pepper for seasoning
Instructions
- Rinse the potatoes and cook with the skin on. When they are done, drain, peel and let cool. After cooling, cut into slices.
- Mix the potato slices with the other prepared ingredients. Mix about 2 teaspoons of mustard as well as salt and pepper. Finally fold in the mayonnaise. Regulate the consistency with hot water until a creamy connection is created. Season again to taste and let steep in the refrigerator overnight.
- Finally season the next day and etl. dilute with hot water. This reduces the severity of the mayonnaise and gives the salad a fine, creamy note.
