Cantuccini Exotic
The perfect cantuccini exotic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour type 405
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 piece Organic lime zest
- 1 pinch Sea salt fine
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 40 g Butter
- 2 piece Eggs size M
- 75 g Chopped pistachios
- 1 piece Liqueur glass eggnog peach-majacuja

- Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Wrap your dough in foil and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into five rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees circulating air (200 degrees top / bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
- Cut the baked rolls into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices while still warm, place them on the baking sheet with the cut surface facing down and bake for another 5 minutes.
