Cantuccini Exotic

The perfect cantuccini exotic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour type 405
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece Organic lime zest
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 40 g Butter
  • 2 piece Eggs size M
  • 75 g Chopped pistachios
  • 1 piece Liqueur glass eggnog peach-majacuja
  1. The 1st cookie baking season 2019 is over with these delicious cookies. Look at the pictures. They explain the preparation well.
  2. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.
  3. Wrap your dough in foil and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  4. Shape the dough into five rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees circulating air (200 degrees top / bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the baked rolls into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices while still warm, place them on the baking sheet with the cut surface facing down and bake for another 5 minutes.
