Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Capellini
  • 60 ml Lemon juice
  • 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 tsp Dried chilli flakes
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 bunch Rocket, washed, the ends removed, cut into small pieces
  • 300 g Smoked trout, cut into small pieces
  • 1 handful Flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, chilli flakes and the crushed garlic.
  • Boil the pasta, drain and return to the pot. Add the lemon juice mixture, rocket, the chopped trout and a little parsley and mix. Salt, pepper, place on a plate, sprinkle with a little parsley and serve.
