Ingredients
- 500 g Capellini
- 60 ml Lemon juice
- 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Dried chilli flakes
- 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 bunch Rocket, washed, the ends removed, cut into small pieces
- 300 g Smoked trout, cut into small pieces
- 1 handful Flat leaf parsley, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, chilli flakes and the crushed garlic.
- Boil the pasta, drain and return to the pot. Add the lemon juice mixture, rocket, the chopped trout and a little parsley and mix. Salt, pepper, place on a plate, sprinkle with a little parsley and serve.
