Capellini with Smoked Trout, Rocket, Chilli and Lemon

The perfect capellini with smoked trout, rocket, chilli and lemon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Capellini
  • 60 ml Lemon juice
  • 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 tsp Dried chilli flakes
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 bunch Rocket, washed, the ends removed, cut into small pieces
  • 300 g Smoked trout, cut into small pieces
  • 1 Handful Flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, chilli flakes and the crushed garlic.
  1. Boil the pasta, drain and return to the pot. Add the lemon juice mixture, rocket, the chopped trout and a little parsley and mix. Salt, pepper, place on a plate, sprinkle with a little parsley and serve.
