Sea bream with chilli parsley marinade
- 4 Pc. Sea bream
- 2 Bd Fresh smooth parsley
- 4 Pc. Red chili peppers
- 4 Pc. Limes
- Sea-Salt
- Peppercorns
- 10 cl Olive oil
Trout with lemon thyme
- 4 Pc. Trout

- 4 Pc. Garlic cloves

Sea bream with chilli parsley marinade
- Halve and core the chili peppers and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley. Mix the chilli and parsley with the olive oil. Grind salt and pepper in a mortar
- Brush the gutted and scaled sea bream with oil, salt, pepper and rub in the marinade. Fill the abdominal cavity with it.

- Finely dice the garlic. Chop the thyme and grate in a mortar together with salt and pepper. Finally mix with the garlic.
- Coat the gutted and scaled trout with oil and rub the marinade. Fill the abdominal cavity with it.
