Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 125 g butter
- 75 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp, heaped capers
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Separate the eggs. In a tall bowl, puree the egg yolks with apple cider vinegar, sour cream, mustard, and capers using an immersion blender. Bring the butter to a boil briefly and then blend it in a thin stream into the running hand blender. Move the blender up and down only.
