Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cappelletti
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 60 g Parmesan, grated
  • 300 ml liquid (pasta water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, but measure the pasta water first. Melt the mascarpone in a saucepan. Add the Gorgonzola and let it melt. Then stir in the Parmesan. Add 1-2 ladles of pasta water. Serve with the drained pasta.
