Ingredients for 65 servings:

  • 80 g cornstarch (potato flour)
  • 220 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 165 g butter/margarine
  • 1 sachet of instant coffee powder (cappuccino powder) (10 g)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp liqueur (coffee liqueur or espresso)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the starch, flour, cappuccino powder, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add the eggs, sugar, and softened butter. Knead with a hand mixer on the lowest speed. Form approximately 65 balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Make a glaze from the powdered sugar and liqueur/espresso. Pour into a bag, cut off a very small (!) corner, and decorate the balls with it.
