dreamlike enjoyment

In a tall mug, mix the pudding mix with the coffee and sugar, then stir in a little of the 400ml of milk until smooth. Add 100ml of cream to the remaining milk, bring to a boil in a saucepan, then add the pudding mix and cook according to the package instructions. Briefly rinse attractive dessert glasses or cups with cold water and then pour the hot pudding evenly into the glasses. Immediately cover all glasses with cling film to prevent a skin from forming, and refrigerate. When the pudding is cold, whip the remaining cream until well-whipped, but not too stiff, pour it onto the pudding, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar. A little tip: the cappuccino pudding tastes delicious eaten lukewarm with cold cream on top!
