Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-large egg whites
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp coffee powder (instant cappuccino powder)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice until stiff peaks form. Slowly add the sugar. Mix the dry ingredients and carefully fold into the beaten egg whites. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe approximately 2 cm dots onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 130°C (fan oven). Once cooled, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
