Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 m.-large egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g ground almonds
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp coffee powder (instant cappuccino powder)
- ½ tsp cinnamon

fine macaroons with almonds and cappuccino flavor, makes about 25 pieces
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and lemon juice until stiff peaks form. Slowly add the sugar. Mix the dry ingredients and carefully fold into the beaten egg whites. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe approximately 2 cm dots onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 130°C (fan oven). Once cooled, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
