Caprese Ala Don
The perfect caprese ala don recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Mozarella Bufallo
- 5 Pc. Tomatoes
- 1 pinch Dried oregano
- 1 pinch Chopped basil
- 1 pinch Sea salt fine
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Hollow out the tomatoes and dice the mozzarella in a bowl. Add the oil and spices, mix and pour into the tomatoes. Refrigerate. F I N I T O
