Insalata Caprese (tomato and Bocconcini Salad)

- 3 Biggest mature Toma
- 250 g Bocconcini
- 12 Basil leaves
- 60 ml Olive oil
- Cut the tomatoes into four 1 cm thick slices. Cut the bocconcini into 1 cm thick slices. Arrange the tomato slices alternately with boccoini slices on a platter. Place the fresh basil leaves between the Bocconini slices and the tomato slices.
- Drizzle the salad with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
