Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 tomatoes, medium-sized
- 300 g buffalo mozzarella
- 75 ml oil (grape seed oil)
- 75 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 bunch of basil
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

Italian starter
Wash and slice the tomatoes, drain and slice the mozzarella, and wash and shake the basil dry and slice it. Arrange decoratively on a large, flat plate, alternating 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of mozzarella, and some basil. Mix the oil and vinegar well and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
