the Spanish version of coffee with a shot

The espresso is mixed with the brandy and the sugar is dissolved in it. The eggnog is poured into a carajillo glass or a larger sherry glass, and the espresso is slowly drizzled over the eggnog using an upside-down teaspoon. This creates two layers. If you prefer, you can use condensed milk instead of the eggnog. The espresso is topped with either frothed milk or whipped cream from a spray bottle, as desired.
