Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 ml water
  • 1 serving of coffee powder (espresso powder)
  • 4 tsp condensed milk, sweetened, preferably Russian
  • 30 ml milk
  • possibly cocoa powder
  • possibly biscuit(s), (almond biscuits)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spanish coffee specialty

Fill the espresso machine with water and coffee powder. Prepare the espresso using the machine. Heat the milk and froth it. First, pour the sweetened condensed milk into a coffee glass (approx. 180 ml) and then fill with espresso. Carefully pour the milk foam on top. If desired, sprinkle some cocoa powder over the milk. Stir well before drinking. Serve with an almond biscuit.
