- 10 g baking cocoa

Combine protein powder, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, and optional sweetener. Microwave at 500 watts for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the low-fat quark with a little water and the flavor powder until creamy. Fold in the chocolate shavings. Let the dough cool, scoop out a well in the center with a spoon, and crumble the scooped dough. Line the well with banana slices and fill with the quark mixture. Sprinkle the crumbs over the dough.
