Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- some milk

First melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the sugar and caramelize until light brown, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately stir in the flour and salt. Let the caramel mixture cool for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. At this point, it should be a firm, kneadable dough. If the dough is too crumbly, add a little milk. Now stir in the eggs and baking soda to form a thick dough. Use a teaspoon to place small mounds of dough on the baking sheet. These will spread out and double in size during baking, so make sure they are spaced apart. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 190°C (convection oven). After removing the cookies from the oven, let them cool slightly before removing them from the baking sheet, as they break very easily. This batter is enough for 5-6 baking sheets.
