Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g candy(s) (cream caramels), soft
- 200 g butter
- 130 g brown sugar (raw sugar)
- 5 pinches of salt
- 2 eggs
- 360 g flour
- possibly cocoa powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
Super quick, easy, and delicious. Makes about 60 pieces
Dice the caramel candies and set aside. Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar, salt, and eggs and stir. Add the flour and caramel and mix. Form by hand into balls about 2 cm in size (add more flour if the dough is too wet). Place on baking paper, leaving some space between each ball (the caramel will spread slightly). Makes 50-60 cookies (2 baking sheets full). Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 12 minutes. As a variation, you can add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (or more…).
