Caramel Frappuccino

The perfect caramel frappuccino recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Ice cubes
  • 0,3 Cup Strong espresso cold
  • 0,5 Cup Milk cold
  • 3 tbsp Caramel sauce
  • 5 tbsp Caramel syrup
  • Xanthan gum
  • Whipped cream for the hood
  1. Prepare espresso and chill. Put the ice cubes and cold espresso in a blender and mix. Then add the milk, caramel sauce and syrup and continue mixing. Finally sprinkle with xanthan gum. But only start with a small amount of a knife tip) and continue mixing everything at the highest level for at least 30 seconds. The mass must have a creamy, slightly thick consistency. But be careful, with too much xanthan gum it becomes pudding. If the knife tip is not enough, mix in another one. This should all be done quickly so that the drink can be enjoyed nice and cold.
