Stuffed Zucchini with Minced Meat
The perfect stuffed zucchini with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Zucchini, 750 gr.
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 0,25 liter Meat broth (cubes)
- 50 g Grated cheese
- Wash the zucchini thoroughly, remove the flower base and stem, cut in half lengthways and scoop out with a spoon.
- Don’t dice the onion. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and finely dice. Mix the minced meat with the onion, tomatoes and thyme and season to taste.
- Fill the zucchini with the minced meat mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Now put the zucchini in a baking dish, pour in the meat stock and give the butter flakes. Now place the casserole dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
- As a side dish I give boiled basmati rice and a tomato sauce
