Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 peach(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 4 apricots
- 200 g pineapple
- some lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 40 g butter
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 4 scoops of ice cream (e.g. chocolate)
- possibly chocolate sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
super delicious fruit salad in a different delicious way
Wash the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle the bananas with lemon juice. Heat the sugar and butter in a pan and deglaze with the orange juice. Let the sauce caramelize slightly. Add the fruit pieces and caramelize gently, taking care not to overcook the fruit, as otherwise it will quickly become mushy. Serve the caramelized fruit salad with chocolate ice cream and, if desired, chocolate sauce. You can, of course, use other fruits, depending on your taste, but be careful with berries, as they tend to disintegrate very quickly.
