Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s), drained
  • 1 can mandarin orange(s), drained
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of quark
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the canned peaches and mandarins, as well as the fresh fruit. Peel the fresh fruit first. Place everything in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the sour cream, yogurt, and quark in a small bowl and sweeten with vanilla sugar. The vanilla sugar is for flavor only. So taste as you go and add more sugar if needed. Then add the dressing to the diced fruit and mix. Best enjoyed cold from the refrigerator. An excellent summer refreshment that even the littlest members of the family will enjoy.
