Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g rice (short grain rice)
- 200 ml milk
- Sugar, as needed
- 20 g butter
- 2 bananas
- rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Sauté the rice in melted butter and deglaze with rum. Pour in the milk and cook the rice, stirring constantly. Transfer the rice to a suitable dish. Slice the banana lengthwise, top the rice with the banana slices, and sprinkle with sugar. Caramelize in the oven at high heat.
