Ingredients
- 250 g Rye flour
- 250 g Spelt flour

- 1 tbsp Caraway seed
- 1 tbsp Aniseed
Instructions
- Mix rye and spelled flour, add dry yeast, mix in sugar, salt, oil, caraway and aniseed. Gradually pour in water and knead into a smooth dough

- Knead the dough well and place in a floured bread pan and cover with a cloth
