Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Rye flour
  • 250 g Spelt flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 375 ml Warm water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seed
  • 1 tbsp Aniseed

Instructions
 

  • Mix rye and spelled flour, add dry yeast, mix in sugar, salt, oil, caraway and aniseed. Gradually pour in water and knead into a smooth dough
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place for 60 minutes
  • Knead the dough well and place in a floured bread pan and cover with a cloth
