Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.2 kg potatoes, floury
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- Salt
- Caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clean the potatoes and cut them in half horizontally. Grease a baking sheet thoroughly with margarine or butter and sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds as desired. Place the potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes. Serve hot.
