Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g mushrooms
- 50 g bacon cubes
- 100 ml cream
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ pack of pasta dough from the refrigerator
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in oil in a pan. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and add them, seasoning them lightly with salt. Let them simmer for a while to reduce the liquid. Add the bacon cubes, cream, and Parmesan cheese and let them reduce slightly. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the egg and egg yolk, and let it set. It should form a creamy mixture. Season with pepper to taste. Cut out circles of the pasta dough in the desired size using a glass, a cookie cutter, or a shaper. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each. Brush the edges of the dumplings with a little water and fold them together. If you don’t have a dumpling shaper, you can press the edges down with a fork. Boil the dumplings in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes, until they float to the top. Drain the dumplings and let the steam escape. Toss in butter, if desired, and serve hot.
