Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g spaghetti or fettuccine
- 4 slice(s) bacon (large slices)
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml cream, sweet
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Fry the bacon until crispy. Whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Place the drained pasta and bacon in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
