Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g pasta, of your choice
  • 1 can tomato(s), diced (400 g)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • small bunch of parsley, keep some leaves for decoration
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Pasta – minced meat – casserole

Cook the pasta, drain, and set aside. Season the ground beef and brown it in a pan with onions and garlic. Add the parsley and stir in. Place a thin layer of pasta in a greased baking dish, arrange the tomato pieces on top, then layer the ground beef on top, sprinkle with some grated cheese, and top with the remaining pasta. Mix the cream with the ketchup and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Garnish with a few parsley leaves for decoration.
