Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 pack of yeast
- 2 eggs
- ¼ liter of milk
- 70 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- some salt
- 50 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 100 g raisins
- 100 g nuts
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Typical preparation for yeast dough. Using dry yeast is the easiest and guaranteed to work! Then roll out to a thickness of 1 cm, brush with melted butter, fill, roll up, and butter a baking dish or bundt pan (I used a ring pan), place it in the pan, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
