Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 350 g powdered sugar
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 500 ml milk (sour milk)
- 200 ml vegetable oil, neutral
- 2 eggs
- 70 g butter
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp rum
- 10 g cocoa powder
- Chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
If children are eating, replace the rum in the glaze with the same amount of orange juice. Using a hand mixer, combine the flour with the powdered sugar, cocoa, baking soda, sour milk, oil, and eggs until creamy, about 8 minutes. Spread the mixture evenly on a deep baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes. Glaze: Melt the butter, add the sugar, rum, and cocoa, and mix well with a whisk. Pour the glaze onto the still-hot cake and spread it evenly. Let the cake cool for about 20 minutes, sprinkle with chocolate flakes, and let it cool completely.
