Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 package of ladyfingers
- 4 cups sour cream, 20%
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 can pineapple
- 6 tbsp sugar
- Almond(s), chopped
- possibly almonds and pineapple pieces for decoration
- some butter
- Desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
tastes really delicious
Grease a bowl (or a baking dish) with butter and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Top with the ladyfingers and drizzle with pineapple juice (or perhaps with alcohol, Amaretto, etc.). Whip the cream until stiff. For the cream, mix the mascarpone with the sweet and sour cream until creamy. Stir in the vanilla sugar, sugar, the sliced pineapple (as much as you like), and the chopped almonds. Spoon the cream onto the ladyfingers and decorate with almonds and pineapple pieces. Refrigerate overnight. Also delicious with mandarins, peaches, etc.
