Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ liter coffee, strong, well chilled
- 125 ml apricot liqueur (apricot liqueur)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
- 60 ml whipped cream
- possibly coffee powder and hollow hips
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blend the cold coffee with apricot liqueur and vanilla sugar in a blender for about 1 minute. Pour the ice cream into two tall glasses and pour over the iced coffee. Drizzle with whipped cream. Garnish with coffee powder and a slice of rum, if desired, and serve immediately.
