Wachau iced coffee

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ liter coffee, strong, well chilled
  • 125 ml apricot liqueur (apricot liqueur)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 60 ml whipped cream
  • possibly coffee powder and hollow hips

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the cold coffee with apricot liqueur and vanilla sugar in a blender for about 1 minute. Pour the ice cream into two tall glasses and pour over the iced coffee. Drizzle with whipped cream. Garnish with coffee powder and a slice of rum, if desired, and serve immediately.
