Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g flour, (405)
- 1 cube of yeast
- 30 g butter, liquid
- 80 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- possibly raisins
- Milk
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Dissolve the yeast in the sugar, then stir together all ingredients and let it rise for at least 30 minutes. The dough should be soft enough to practically drip off a spoon. Then scoop out balls of dough with a tablespoon and drop them into the hot frying oil. Fry until golden brown, then roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
