Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g beef (carpaccio), thinly sliced
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 150 g arugula
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the Parmesan, arugula, and cherry tomatoes in a salad, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Then roll the salad into the carpaccio slices.
