Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g ham (smoked beef ham or Bündener Fleisch), in thin slices
  • 1 large apple, sour
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Arrange the ham slices decoratively in a circle on two plates. Peel, quarter, and core the apple. Cut it into thin wedges. Mix together a dressing of lemon juice, cider, balsamic vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Toss the apple slices in the dressing. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the ham, then arrange the drained apple slices decoratively in the center of the plates. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese and serve.
