Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 375 g turkey breast fillet(s), fried
- 150 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 3 tbsp mango chutney
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp coriander, ground
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 2 slices of pineapple
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the turkey breast into cubes. Mix the yogurt, mango chutney, spices, and lemon juice to make a salad dressing. Peel the orange, scoop out the flesh, and chop it finely. Peel the banana and slice it. Slice the pineapple as well. Slice the spring onion into thin rings. Mix the meat, fruit, and spring onion with the dressing. Serve with slices of toast.
