Carrot and Kohlrabi Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ kg carrot(s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 8 radishes
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Water
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and peel the carrots and kohlrabi. Wash the radishes. Grate everything into thin strips. Sprinkle with salt, mix, and let stand for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and peel the apple, and also grate it into fine strips. Season the sauce with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, water, and sugar. Add the apple, season again, and serve immediately.
