Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 papayas
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 tsp oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 bag of herbs for mixing (salad herb mix)
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
ideal to take away
Peel, deseed, and dice the papayas and cucumber. Sprinkle the papaya with lemon, if desired, to keep it fresh and allow its flavor to develop. Combine the oil, water, and sugar in a small bowl and mix in the salad greens. Then combine all ingredients and serve.
