Carrot and Minced Beef Pizza

The perfect carrot and minced beef pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Ground beef from the butcher of my trust

  • 2 piece Shallots chopped
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 300 ml Beef broth own production
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 5 tbsp Chopped parsley from our own garden
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 250 g Carrots from our own cultivation cleaned and balanced for 2 minutes
  • 200 g Grated Gouda
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  1. Sear the mince for a few minutes (without fat), seasoning with the minced seasoning. Fry shallots and garlic to it and bissi, then add the carrots (the picture of the carrots is No. 6) and fry for 5 minutes
  2. Stir in the tomato paste. Then pour in the broth, add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 15 minutes at a low temperature.
  4. Then put everything in a baking sheet with a high rim.
  5. Scatter the cheese on top. Slide the tray into an electric oven preheated to 180 degrees (center of the oven) and leave the cheese in until the desired browning. We had green garden salad with it.
